TWS Boutique pieces (pictured on non-white backgrounds) can be returned within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping. For custom and distressed pieces (items with names as titles pictured on WHITE backgrounds) all sales are final. No refunds of any kind can be given. If you receive an item and are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
The customer is responsible for shipping on all items. If you would like an item you already own to be Touched with Style you are responsible for shipping both ways for the item. If you are ordering a item from another online retailer that you would like Touched with Style you may send it directly to us to avoid shipping your item three times. Please email us in advance to inform us of the arrival of your item, as well as discuss how you would like it customized, and receive an invoice.
